Pool villas in Khanom: how to book safely
From people who live in Khanom · last checked October 2026
Khanom is a seaside district of Nakhon Si Thammarat with long white-sand beaches and clear water. Most pool villas here are sold through Facebook pages, where you cannot see which nights are free and are asked to send a deposit to someone you have never met. This page explains how to choose and how to book safely.

Khanom has several main beaches. Pick the beach first, then the villa.
- Nai Phlao — a long stretch of white sand with shallow, clear water
- Na Dan — the sandy beach in the middle of Khanom bay
- Kho Khao — a wide beach where the sun rises out of the sea
What to ask before paying a deposit
- How many people it takes, and how many beds there really are
- What the nightly price includes (electricity, cleaning, a barbecue)
- Check-in and check-out times
- How much the deposit is, and how it is returned if the owner cancels
- Whether the bank account name matches the owner or the business
How ZenseGo differs from a Facebook page
- Every shop is verified by the team before it is listed
- Free nights are shown on a calendar; pick your dates and party and see the total
- Reviews can only be written by guests who booked and stayed
- ZenseGo takes no money — you send a request, the owner confirms, and you pay the owner directly
- No account and no app needed: a request can be sent from the website
Common questions
- Do I pay through the ZenseGo website?
- No. ZenseGo only carries your booking request. Once the owner confirms, you pay the owner directly. The ZenseGo team never asks you to transfer money to any account.
- Can I see which nights a villa is free?
- Yes. Choose your check-in and check-out on the pool villa page and it lists only villas that are free on every night of your stay.
- When is the best time to visit Khanom?
- Almost any time of year. Late October to November is usually the monsoon, with strong wind and waves, so check the forecast before you travel.
ZenseGo takes no money on the website. You send a request to a verified shop, and pay the shop directly once it confirms.
